Due to quarantine restrictions, I missed workouts for a month. As things began to reopen, I went through my regular workout routine with weights. Afterwards, my muscles felt weak and shaky. I went straight into the NEO room and relaxed for an hour session. Immediately, I recognized that my body just felt lighter. For the next 2 days I noticed I wasn’t as sore as I thought I would have been.
Fast forward to the following week. I was still not back into my normal teaching routine, but went through my workout again. This time, I wasn’t able to go to the NEO session, and my body was so sore all over. I hurt to move. I can definitely tell the difference the NEO session made.
